IT´s TIME TO THINK
Shall we stop to think?
It'stimetothink started as a group of 5 friends. Now it is a community of more than 200 volunteers and 10,000 members, in more than 30 cities.

The story
13 March 2020. Half the world has been locked in their homes for only hours. Millions of people are scared, to say the least. In this context, a group of friends asked themselves the following question: ‘What if we take advantage of all this to stand up and grow? The time is now. At that moment, thinktalks were born, or in other words, interactive chats where anyone could enter and debate with an expert.
Over the weeks, those few friends ended up becoming more than 6,000 members and more than 100,000 unique viewers between Youtube, Instagram, Spotify and Ivoox.
Times change fast, and reaching a lot of people virtually was of little use. In 2022, thinkglaos were born in Madrid's La Latina neighbourhood: physical spaces where experts from different fields answer the questions that young people continue to ask, but between pizzas, wine and buckets full of beer. IT'S TIME TO THINK went from the screen to real life.
Today IT'S TIME TO THINK organises more than 100 thinkglaos a year, with communities created in more than 30 different cities. You can join the group in your city by following this link.
Our Team
ITT is made up of 3 groups of people.
The core team is made up of 8 young professionals from different fields (engineering, journalism, logistics, education, audiovisual, marketing, consulting and law) who are responsible for generating digital content and providing support to each of the local communities.
Each local community, in turn, has a team of organisers who look for spaces and coordinate the organisation of thinktalks in their cities. There are currently more than 200 organisers in more than 30 cities.
Finally, the members (currently over 10,000) are those who use this content or these events to stop, think and meet good people.
