Who is Joe?

Joe Taylor is Head of Innovation at Hoxton Farms, a London-based startup developing cultivated pork fat as a food ingredient. Since joining as an early employee, he has worked across cell biology, software engineering, and regulatory affairs. In his current role, he focuses on R&D strategy, technical partnerships, and cross-department project management. Joe holds an MSci in Physics & Philosophy from the University of Bristol and a PhD from the University of Bath, where he researched machine learning and computational neuroscience for clinical applications.
